What would you do if you were not afraid? My mission in life is to live in a way that is healthy and full. A life filled with an abundance of empathy, passion, and courage. I, myself, am a survivor of narcissistic abuse and control. I have a heart of compassion for all, especially those that have struggled with past abuse or trauma, whether it be from childhood or adulthood. I have lived it and I understand it. I will sit with you, empathize with you, and help you heal. My office is located in Eudora. It is on K-10 just 9 miles east of Lawrence, 15 miles west of Olathe, and 12 miles from Gardner.
I've been a therapist for over 12 years. I have worked with LGBTQ/straight, young/old, and the severely emotionally disturbed. I have helped teen/adult survivors of childhood abuse, sexual assault, and domestic abuse. I would love to help you live a life of courage, abundance, and strength.
I utilize EMDR, hypnotherapy, and ego state therapy when working with survivors of abuse and other traumatic life events. People often emerge from these sessions feeling free of their inner judgement, shame, guilt, anger, grief, abandonment. loneliness, and anxiety. I have personally experienced this transformation myself. It is powerful and awe-inspiring.
