Anxiety, depression and stress have a way of isolating you from the world. My hope is that by attending counseling you feel less alone and isolated in these challenges. Therapy can allow for an unbiased and supportive environment to work through these challenges, one step at a time. My practice is primarily focused on helping adult women cope with anxiety, self-esteem, burnout and depression challenges. I strive to create a calm, accepting and comfortable environment to explore and navigate through whatever you may be facing.
My goal is to help you feel as comfortable as possible, while also challenging you to grow throughout the process.
Through a collaborative approach, I will meet you where you are in your journey and encourage and support you along the way.
