The majority of my clients have symptoms of anxiety and depression, and histories of complex trauma (or experiences that feel really bad to them). I am trained in EMDR, which is the very best treatment for PTSD/trauma, and is also effective for depression, anxiety, and grief. I have also received specialized training in religious trauma and binge eating.
