Cherry Hill Counseling is one of the longest-standing counseling practices in the Northwestern suburbs of Chicago. Cherry Hill has seven locations including: Lake Zurich, Vernon Hills, McHenry, Deer Park, Chicago, Grayslake, and Wheaton. Our counseling services include: individual therapy, family therapy, counseling for children and adolescents, marital and premarital therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing.

As a parent, nothing is more stressful when your child/teen/young adult is struggling emotionally or academically. My goal is to partner with you to determine your goals for your child. I will help you set your child/teen/young adult up for success by focusing on their unique strengths and developing strategies to mediate weaknesses. When necessary, I will help you to successfully communicate with your child's school.

HBH is a small practice where most of our clinicians work part time. Our Licensed Counselors and Social Workers work in hospitals and schools throughout most of their days and choose to work here because of their love of helping others in a different setting. We do not have the means to employ office and administrative staff every day. We want to help as many people as we can which is why we try to never have a waiting list. I treat first with natural alternatives rather than medications. I also specialize in Attention Deficit Disorder and I am a parent of an adult child with ADHD. I have extensive expertise in clinical psychopharmacology, which enables me to comprehend the biological foundations of diseases. I have experience working with both adolescents and adults to address a wide range of illnesses. I take a holistic approach to counseling, which means that in addition to ACT, DPT, CBT, and mindfulness, I use a combination of other techniques.
