I empower couples and individuals to overcome personal and relational obstacles to help improve themselves and strengthen the couple's dynamic. Using clinically tested and evidenced-based therapeutic models and interventions. I have worked with individuals, couples, and families in the human services field and as a therapist for 9 years.

We are a boutique counseling practice located in the Alamo Heights. We specialize in working with high achievers using a systemic appraoch. We have therapists with varying specialties including play therapy, teen therapy, adult counseling, OCD specialists, and couples counseling.

My goal as a counselor is to accompany you in your journey, to help you find your strengths and provide tools to better cope with difficult life situations, the pandemic, transitions and grow from those experiences. I work with teens, adults and 65+ adults who deal with anxiety, depression, stress as well as with those who want to reach peak performance level.

I can help you with stress and anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, and depression, as well as relationship conflicts. I believe in respect, sensitivity, and compassion. Ashley is a Licensed Professional Counselor. As a native Tennesean, she earned both her Bachelor’s of Psychology and Master’s of Community Counseling from the University of Tennessee. Her professor once said, “Play is a child’s most natural language.” That phrase, along with her love of the children, solidified Ashley’s career path. A job opportunity called her to Texas where she fell in love with breakfast tacos, blue bonnets and wide open spaces. She worked at an inpatient psychiatric hospital that exposed her to a variety of clinical diagnoses in the child and adolescent population.

Life often throws challenges at us that can be out of our control, but we don't have to experience them alone. It takes bravery to enter counseling and I applaud you for taking this initial step.
