I work with many common and uncommon issues... testing and treating adults. children and teens with approaches that are specially tailored for them. I've spent years assessing and treating ADHD, depression, anxiety and other problems and have a deep understanding of a variety of approaches to treat them, including medication, nutritional/herbal, and neurofeedback. I help children, teens and adults get through depression, anxiety, relationship and school/work problems, and to move from getting out of a problem to enhancing and finding meaning and engagement in life. With nearly 40 years’ experience working with people of all ages, and couples, I use a deep understanding of human perceptions and interaction patterns to design effective interventions for a variety of common and uncommon problems. I gather information and reverse-engineer, discovering what holds the problem patterns in place.
