I have 12 years of experience working with different mental health issues including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, relationships problems, and Christian counseling.

Your mental wellness is my primary concern. I am EMDR trained clinician who help individuals transform their lives, specifically those touch by addiction and trauma. My goal is to help you live life to your fullest potential. I provide, individual, and family therapy in person and via video conference.

I help couples work through marital conflicts and help them achieve a relationship based on trust, security, mutual empathy and deeper levels of connection. I also work with individuals struggling with histories of trauma such as sexual, physical or emotional abuse. In addition, I help men who struggle with compulsive sexual behaviors, anxieties, depression, and/or obsessive thoughts. I encourage clients to explore their past in order to identify patterns that are affecting their current relationships and personal goals. I provide a safe place to share personal struggles and work toward change. Upon request, I provide a Christian approach.

My hope is that I can help both individuals and families who are searching to improve their day to day lives explore ways that they can continue to grow, highlighting their strengths and sharpening the areas they want to learn more about and improve in.

You are more than your problems. After working in corporate insurance and finance, I realized what I enjoyed most was helping those who would walk through my office door. I received a Master’s in Clinical Counseling Psychology and now provide therapy from tiny humans to adults with full-sized concerns. Using a strengths-based and scientific approach, I seek to understand your concern and you as a whole person.
