It isn’t always an easy or quick fix and it is rewarding and liberating to experience your own ability to heal and grow. To integrate the past, instead of feeling haunted by it. I’ll help you wade through the muck and move into clarity.
I’ll be your ally, companion and guide on this journey. I’m trained in a somatic form of EMDR called Natural Processing, and have extensive training in a depth approach to psychotherapy.
