I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities with an emphasis on Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, and EMDR techniques to address past traumas and empower small changes that make a big difference. My approach to therapy is client-centered, empathy-driven, and evidenced-based to assist you in developing and utilizing skills to achieve your goals.
