I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a focus on the process of therapy. My approach is patient-centered, holistic, and insight-oriented, knowing that the mind and body are intertwined. I incorporate an eclectic mix of cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapies and mindfulness.
I create an environment where you feel comfortable exploring how past experiences influence your current situation as you are empowered to gain insight and control of your current circumstances.
In my free time, I teach yoga and enjoy hanging out with my loved ones, friends, plants, cat, Moana, and large puppy, Mando. Getting out in nature is one of my favorite pastimes – but I won’t say no to a good Netflix binge either – it’s all about balance!
