I have worked in various settings including an inpatient hospital, outpatient clinics, and mobile crisis. My primary clients are adolescent, young adult, & adult clients.
I incorporate various therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths-based, mindfulness, and solutions-focused. I am passionate about empowering others to identify and achieve their mental health goals in order to encourage a more positive, fulfilling life.
