Have a seat on my couch (or yours if you are wanting Telehealth services) and let's talk about what you need to feel better about your life. I offer techniques to help reduce symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, trauma responses, and life transitions. I work with people in developing skills to cope with negative belief and daily challenges. I provide a space for people to feel safe and work towards goals that are specific to their needs. I also want to help you improve any areas of your life that you want to focus on - relationships, work stress, home life, communication, healthy coping skills, etc.
I offer services to people of all ages (children and adults). I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) Therapy and have developed a core focus of treating trauma, including single incident trauma and complex trauma. However, I use a variety of other treatment modalities to meet my clients' needs.
It can be really difficult to reach out for help. Please, feel free to contact me for more information regarding my services or how to get started on this new journey.
