I join with people collaboratively to explore ways to live healthier, more balanced lives. I understand that things such as anxiety, depression, or trauma history can be overwhelming for the individual and family members leading to a variety of symptoms and situational difficulties. I am comfortable working with a variety of difficult topics such as suicidal ideation or self harm and enjoy working with family systems to improve communication patterns and increase positive behaviors and connection in the home.

I am specialty trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). EMDR is designed to target negative beliefs an individual possesses. These negative beliefs are tightly connected to the symptoms of such diagnoses as PTSD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, and bipolar disorder. EMDR is available both in person and virtually.
