My ideal client is someone who is a teen or adult and is struggling with a mood disorder, identity discovery, and relationship issues. Their needs lie in guidance on psychoeducation, building boundaries within themselves and with others, processing any trauma-related problems, and navigating relationships. Their goals would be to manage their mood disorder to where it is not interfering with life, confidence in themselves when setting boundaries and knowing who they are, and becoming more comfortable with discussing difficult thoughts and emotions.

I actively use Accelerated Resolution Therapy(ART) to help people gain relief from trauma and persistent unwanted thoughts. I also offer comprehensive reports for social security applications.
