We practice EMDR, Gottman Method, CBT, Trauma Focused CBT, Client-Centered and Solutions Focused Therapy to treat grief, trauma, PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, behavior issues, postpartum depression, major life transitions, parenting, and military. Telehealth sessions are offered via secure, HIPAA compliant video platform.
