I can provide support, problem solving skills, and enhanced coping strategies for issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, unresolved childhood issues, grief, chronic illness and stress.
My therapeutic approach is to support each client through research based interventions. I utilize multiple methodologies including cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused and a family systems approach to assist my clients with their needs and goals.
In addition to being a therapist, I have supervised the clinical training of social workers, marriage and family therapist and clinical counselor interns and associates.
