Karla Fleshman, LCSW, MDiv, TCYM II; and has a special focus toward serving LGBTQ+ folx, their family and friends. Each therapist has a trauma informed focus with unique specializations. Rev. Karla has been an LCSW for over 30 years (ordained clergy for 25 years) bringing her expertise in supervision and training to this team of skilled therapists. She is a certified EMDR therapist pursuing an advanced certificate in dissociative studies through the Institute for Creative Mindfulness.

My name is Julie Campana and I am a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor. I have been working in the field since 2017, while also continuing my work in the public school system. My mental health background ranges from inpatient hospital work, grief and loss counseling, to children and family counseling. Recently, I have moved to working as a therapist fulltime as I realized the tremendous need for support with how prevalent mental illness and trauma are today. I've seen how both can truly impact the human life, from early childhood to old age and how vital it is to have a listening ear without fear of judgement.

Joanne Griebel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who received her Bachelor of Science in Family & Community Services from UD (2007) & her Master's degrees in Social Work & Education in Human Sexuality from Widener University (2011). Joanne has worked with populations in school, community, social service, private practice settings. She works with children, adolescents, young adults, couples, & families. Her areas of special interest include depression, anxiety, conflict, human sexuality, self-esteem, anger management, ADHD, adjustment, & more. Joanne is passionate about helping people achieve their goals & overcome challenges.

Allie Citro is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Delaware who has been practicing since 2017. She has a Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling. Allie has been praised from employers and families specifically that it's her rapport she can build with a client effectively and efficiently that allows them to even have hope in the mental health field as does my relatability to families. After the quick build she has experience in the "hands on" approaches as she has been in the homes and been 24/7 since graduating. This included MST and family based and when she was doing OP/TSF she made herself available.

I approach my practice with empathy and curiosity to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to learn about themselves, to grow, and address challenges that may impact experiences, interactions and feelings about the world.
