I have a Ph.D with a concentration in Human Sexuality. I have over 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. My focus includes issues related to anxiety, depression, anger management, ADHD, OCD, couples therapy, divorce, family dynamics, recovery, trauma, sexual abuse/addictions & domestic violence.
Coaching, Spirituality and Meditation are also incorporated into my work when appropriate. I integrate cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamics, solution-focused approaches into my practice. Couples: Returning To Love
Forming and maintaining healthy relationships is an essential component in navigating through life, yet it is not an intuitive process. Many individuals are unclear as to why old relational patterns are continued or why current relationships do not meet their needs and desires. This group utilizes a psychodynamic group process to increase relational skills and identify more effective patterns and themes for connectivity.
