I have four main specialty areas: Relationship Therapy - I love working with people in relationships that are struggling. Whether this is due to infidelity, parenting conflict, sexual incompatibility, navigating polyamory, thoughts of divorce, etc. Infertility & Postpartum Issues - Working with individuals and couples who are struggling with infertility or postpartum concerns. This may include exploring feelings regarding infertility options, parenthood, and loss. Autism Spectrum Disorder/Special Needs - working with these individuals regarding dating/relationship concerns and sexual education.

Family Therapy & Consultation Services provides individual therapy, family therapy, marriage counseling, art therapy and medication management at our NJ offices in Woodbury, Audubon, & Moorestown. Our mission is to strengthen individuals and families to be full participants in the solution of problems that can be the result of family and community disruption, mental health issues, or life challenges. Our therapists can help assist youth, adults, couples, and families utilize their strengths to overcome emotional and behavioral challenges and allow participants to lead successful lives in their homes, schools, work, and communities.

I have close to 25 years of experience as a therapist, clinical supervisor and social worker. After all of these years, I remain 100% motivated in assisting my clients with getting them to where they want to be their in lives. I have had a very interesting and diverse career serving families, adolescents/children and couples in various settings. My extensive experience, training, and skill sets help my clients achieve their treatment goals which leads them to having healthier and happier lives. Also, I was previously in the military and love working with that population and their families.

I also believe in the significance of incorporating your interests and creativity (e.g. art, music, theatre and humor) into sessions.

I also work with parents to build a strong and secure attachment with their child.

Good day to you! My educational background is in Clinical Psychology and Counseling Psychology with a Post Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis. I began my career in providing behavioral and mental healthcare services in 2004. Since that time, I have devoted myself to helping youth, adolescents, and adults address neurodiverse needs. In June of 2016, I founded Beautiful Minds to meet the mental and behavioral health needs of youth, families, and adults living in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

I have been very effective in working with an array of issues, including anxiety/depression, bi-polar disorder, anger management, grief/loss, trauma, and elder issues/concerns. I can provide life and career coaching, as well as health issues and end of life services. Some of my treatment modalities include CBT, DBT, Narrative, Solution Based, Strength Based, and client-centered therapy.
