The Growth Network, LLC was founded by Dr. Schenike Massie Lambert in pursuit of her vision of establishing a network of professionals and community members who work together to create spaces that are trauma informed and responsive to every aspect of culture. It is through counseling, mentoring, teaching, consulting, and advocacy that The Growth Network intends to create spaces where growth for all people is possible.
Our focus is to help individuals, families, and agencies energize, grow and become aware of their strengths. We achieve this by providing counseling, and educational workshops that are evidence-based. We also strive to foster bravery so that those that we interact with learn to thrive and create spaces where they, along with others, can explore opportunities
We are a strengths-based agency and believe in a collaborative therapeutic relationship that allows clinicians to provide clients with psychoeducation, challenge beliefs and behaviors that do not serve them, and empower them to make meaningful changes in their lives.
