I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the State of Missouri. I primarily work with young adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, career issues, relationship and marriage problems, and other life challenges. I also work with a lot of business professionals working with balancing careers and businesses. I am an empathetic and compassionate counselor, that works to motivate clients to work on their improvement.

I work with individuals, couples, and families in helping them achieve control over "emotional hijacking" and poor decision making. Feelings like fear, sorrow, anger, rejection prevent people from experiencing connectedness with life and with others. Therefore, the ideal client is one who is struggling with relationship problems, anger, addictions (sexual or chemical), poor stress control, depression, or anxiety-I provide a safe environment where the individual's pain and/or struggle is met with understanding alongside a plan of action to address the issue(s).

When you are struggling with the complications that come with PTSD, trauma, depression, grief, anxiety, or behavioral issues for yourself (or your child, it can be so hard to gain perspective. All your life experiences can make it hard to see your way through your current season. You may feel lost, alone, and struggling to know what to do next. Having a warm and inviting environment can help you (and/or your child) feel more grounded and able do the work needed to get through and learn to flourish. Through our therapeutic relationship, I can help you navigate through your struggles in order to live your life in full bloom.
