I provide individual therapy for children, teens, and adults. I believe in the power of the mind to adjust to new or challenging situations. While primarily person-centered in my work, I adhere to a holistic approach to counseling, and draw from different schools of thought to assist clients.
How awesome it is that we all have distinct life experiences; and yet we all also share certain feelings and emotions.
