As a past nurse and behaviorist at a medically-supervised weight loss program, I can help you combat emotional eating, binge eating disorder, and behaviors that sabotage your health and weight loss goals. I work with families under stress, and couples struggling with intimacy, infidelity, infertility, and communication issues.
As a mother of a special needs child, I understand how challenging family life can be when care giving demands get overwhelming and can help your child with peer pressure, bullying, anxiety, attention, or school struggles. I assist healthcare providers/emergency responders with work stress, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma.
