Well, I know I have, as a survivor of a traumatic accident that resulted in life long physical limitations, I went through these same thoughts often. I believe that sometimes life gets the best of us, and we get stuck in unhealthy patterns, from depression, anxiety, trauma, or anything else you may have going on. I would love to help guide you through this difficult part of your life as you learn about yourself and process through your difficult situations.

With over 30 years of experience, this counseling is conducted with expertise. A safe and nurturing environment makes it easy to open up. As we work together, solutions for your specific circumstance will become clear. Skills such as healthy communication; relaxation; and positive visualization are practiced right in the session. Fees: $100 for 1 hour; and $50 for every additional 30 minutes. Being responsive is a priority, so every effort is made to return your call or email within one business day.
