As humans, we are wired for connection. Life and relationships can become complicated for reasons such as unresolved conflict, stress, sadness, grief, or trauma. My goal as a therapist is to help you discover what it means to be authentically connected to your partner, your family, and yourself. Together in therapy, we will be intentional in discovering what needs aren’t yet being met in your life and relationship. Then, we will work together to build communication and emotion-based skills to achieve the healing and connection you deserve so that you can finally feel fulfilled. Let me guide you to be your best self.
The therapy space I provide is all about meeting your experiences and goals with my therapeutic knowledge and techniques. My approach to couple, family, and individual therapy is a blend of Emotion-Focused Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy while using a Trauma-Informed lens.
I specialize in building healthy couple relationships, parent-coaching, and working with youth. When working with youth, I typically integrate Play Therapy, Strengths-Based, and Mindfulness techniques to establish a foundation for them to trust themselves and learn how to show themselves self-compassion.
