As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I use a collaborative and strengths-based approach to help you create the changes you want to see in your life and in your relationships. Increasing the compassion, curiosity, and confidence you have in yourself will carry out to the relationships around you.
I have training and experience in a variety of approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapies. My goal as a therapist is to offer a safe place to heal, grow, learn, and connect with yourself and those most important in your life.
