I seek to support clients on their own unique path of self-exploration and discovery. My approach to therapy is a collaborative and strength-based approach. I believe in building a therapeutic relationship with clients where they feel safe, accepted, and able to explore new areas of growth. Through this therapeutic relationship individuals can develop new perspectives and skills.
My goal is to support clients to identify and address barriers that prevent personal growth. Drawing on a multimodal approach that is client centered, I assist clients in developing healthy coping strategies that seek to strengthen an individual’s resilience to life’s challenges. I have been trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, EFT, CBT, and DBT.
I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from New England College. My prior experience includes working with a variety of clients in community mental health. Currently, I primarily work with adolescents and adults. My specific interests include trauma, depression, life transitions, and anxiety.
