Sometimes people seek treatment knowing what is causing them distress, for example, anxiety and depression, work stress or relationship difficulty including parenting stress. My work as a therapist is grounded in nearly twenty years of experience working with individuals and families. When working with clients, my approach is warm, holistic and trauma informed. I seek to guide my clients in their journey of healing and self discovery. The treatment modalities I use in that process are tailored to each client’s unique needs.
