People often experience depression, anxiety, relational tension, and feel overwhelmed when faced with a challenging life issue, whether the challenge is short or long-term.
With a compassionate, down to earth, and practical approach, I help adults and teens develop coping skills through cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and acceptance strategies. My goal is for you to have a safe place to share your concerns while also learning coping strategies to use outside of therapy.
