As a mother of three (twins and a singleton), I have first hand experience with the prenatal and postpartum journey that can be very daunting and beautiful at the same time. I am passionate about working with new parents navigating parenthood and am Postpartum Support International (PSI) trained to best support the perinatal journey for parents.
If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood fluctuations, or family and marital conflict and anything in between, I can help you.
