Daniel Fleshner is a Licensed Professional Counselor and AASECT Certified Sex Therapist with a passion for exploring relationships and helping individuals and couples process conflict and engage in healthy communication. He currently works at Inflection Point Therapy in Denver, CO where he provides individual counseling, couples counseling, and sex therapy. He graduated with a M. Ed in Rehabilitation Counseling from The George Washington University and a B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from The University of Michigan.

I see adult and adolescent clients experiencing difficulties with substances, addictions, trauma, mental health and sexually related concerns and dysfunction. I see clients for individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and group therapy. I am also an experienced evaluator, I provide mental health and substance abuse evaluations for the individual and the courts. I have been in the field of mental health, substance abuse/addiction therapy and treatment for 24 years, and I have worked with more than 2500 clients and families.

I have extensive experience helping people attain sobriety and address the underlying issues that are often associated with substance use disorder. I have been providing therapy services and supervised other therapists for over 19 years. I love sitting with people and doing the work it takes to have a good life.

I have over 40 years of experience working with a wide variety of clients, a wide range of issues and ages ranging from adolescence to the elderly. I have worked in multiple Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment settings both inpatient and outpatient. I have run various types of Mental Health Programs, EAP services, and co-owned several group practices. In particular, I work with aduts, couples, families, and adolescents experiencing problems including stress, anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, job/work/career concerns, and school performance issues. I also utilize many strategies /tools from the John Gottman method.

I believe we have the answers to our questions and issues within ourselves. As a therapist, with 20 years experience, my role is to help you unveil these answers. I want to help you work on issues related to trauma, grief and loss, addiction, mental illness, life transitions, and life coaching.
