My training in Jungian-oriented psychotherapy and the visual arts, have informed how I work. It is through a supportive and deeper exploration of previously unknown or hidden parts of ourselves that may appear symbolically or non-verbally in dreams and the unconscious that we gain greater understanding and wholeness in our lives.
The goal of this kind of psychotherapy is to help give you insight and understanding into the beliefs and behaviors that have caused unhappiness and the feeling of 'being stuck' in one's life and in relationships.
