Hello, I appreciate your interest in taking this journey with me! I work with ages 14 and up that are dealing with challenges such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relational difficulties, and many other areas through an integrative approach. I work with clients to manage and process traumatic experiences, adjust their communication, learn and implement boundaries, and so much more! Oftentimes, the areas of change are directly linked to unresolved experiences from our past, we will identify, discuss, set a plan, and follow through the journey to establish a resolution. At this time, I only see clients in NY.

I believe everyone has a story. It is uniquely theirs; and it is important and life-transforming for another person to bear witness to that story. It is in the nonjudgmental and compassionate spaces that persons are able to transform their lived experiences into reachable life goals. My role as a therapist is to support you in finding your inner strength to weave together the threads of your story. I engage with individuals, couples, and families to do the inner work that is necessary for life transformation.

I am passionate about helping others navigate through life's challenges and find their path towards growth and healing. I am pursuing my master's in clinical mental health counseling. Through my training, I have gained valuable theoretical knowledge and practical experience in various therapeutic modalities. I am currently working as a Registered Nurse at a hospital in New York City.

I'm a fully licensed professional who, during a successful career directing programs on Long Island and Queens has moved completely into private practice. I continue to update my knowledge. I offer guidance and healing, teaching you skills necessary to meet the challenges we face in life, from anxiety, depression, alcohol/substance abuse or religious/spiritual conflicts.
