I have God, so why do I feel this way?? Just because you have your faith does not make you immune to life’s ups and downs. Anxiety and Depression are very real. It is not something you can just white-knuckle your way through. And no one expects you to. Maybe the issue is further complicated because you are struggling with an eating disorder or have a family history of depression. Whether these feelings are due to circumstances that are out of your hands or something biochemical is happening, you don’t have to figure it out alone. We are a Christian counseling practice that seeks to come along side you on this journey.
Being human can be hard. In the beautiful mess that surrounds you I will help you discover who you were made to be. I have a heart for working with people who seek to build their relationship with God, or at least are curious about how God fits into the picture. I will help you get to the core of what is going on and how to get to where you want to be.
Every week, I meet with individuals who are not willing to settle in their hurt. I am in awe of their capacity to strive for deeper relationships with their spouses, family members and friends.
