My name is Shauna Christian, and I am a licensed therapist with over 20 years’ experience providing therapy to individuals and families. I have helped people with a variety of conditions including: anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol problems, trauma, anger, and marital/couple’s therapy. I use a variety of approaches including CBT, Logosynthesis, EMDR, brief solution focused therapy, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
