Hello! We're Dennis, Maddy, Matt, and Korey. We believe that while life is hard, every human being has the potential to surmount stress and strain. We're passionate about helping you increase your ability to weather and recover from difficult moments in the future. We'll do this by leveraging your strengths and building your coping skills to help you manage stress and create the life you want.
Our approach stems from the belief that all humans have innate value and worth, and that all behaviors meet a need. We’ll work with you to examine the bio-psycho-social factors that influence your overall wellness, and we'll use empathy, authenticity, a non-judgmental stance and science-driven interventions to unlock and harness your internal resilience.
