When you feel uncertain, my goal is to help you realize your strengths and help you establish a greater sense of a foundation.
Person-centered therapy means that I want to meet you wherever you are at. I am not an expert on your life, but a collaborator with you. It is important to me that you feel that your choices are respected. I am here to help you find out what better looks like.
