I consider my role as therapist to be one of the most sacred parts of my life. Not because of my own effort, but because of the beauty inherently found in walking alongside people in search of safety, meaning, belonging, healing, hope, and love. In and through each therapeutic relationship I build, I walk away changed and inspired by people’s capacity to forgive, grow, accept, change, and see the beauty in themselves and the world around them. Nothing brings me more joy than instilling hope and witnessing the magic of others overcoming difficult experiences.
My therapeutic approach is person-centered and trauma informed. My heart’s desire is to meet clients uniquely where they are at, welcoming and honoring them as a whole person. I value honesty, humor, and humility within the therapeutic relationship, as well as, creativity, connection, collaboration. For each client, I take an individualized approach.
To my clients, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), validator, empathizer, and place of warmth and non-judgement.
