We are a nonprofit counseling center dedicated to providing excellent therapy for adults, teens, children, couples and families. Our diverse staff can help you with a wide variety of issues, such as: depression and anxiety, emotion regulation, coping with illness, ADHD, grief, stage of life changes, couples and relationship issues, gender identity and sexuality concerns. Our affordable fees are based on your income and we offer a need-based sliding scale to help you make weekly therapy a reality. Plus we accept Medi-Cal with no co-payment!

Our first understanding of ourselves comes from the first people we know. From there, the other relationships we participate in tend to reflect those aspects of ourselves previously learned. I specialize in successfully treating the presenting symptoms of childhood trauma. Including and often self-limiting: substance abuse, social and intrapersonal anxieties, clinical, situational and abandonment depression, and the often self-sabotaging and socially unacceptable yet still ubiquitous unresolved rage.

Life can be difficult and sometimes we just need someone to offer us support and help us towards a more positive, clear direction. Relationship Issues, Sadness, Anger, Stress, Anxiety, Work Issues? I assist individuals with the difficult, and sometimes unpredictable, adjustments that they may experience or may need to make in their lives. I do this in a calm and safe environment that allows for an individual to express their feelings, share their thoughts and opinions, develop skills, and work towards completing their goals. I also offer a supportive, unbiased, non-judgmental space and relationship which fosters personal growth.

I (she/her/hers) work with transition aged youth (14-24), adults and seniors in my telehealth practice online. I want to see people who need help with making decisions, dealing with the past, and accepting self care into their own lives.
