I am a licensed social worker with 8 years of experience providing grief support and counseling to clients in need. I received my Bachelors degree in social work from Stephen F Austin State University and my Masters in social work from the University of Texas Arlington. I am a passionate and empathetic counselor that has experience helping children, families and individuals working through grief and loss.

Going through life's journey is like riding a roller coaster full of ups, downs, twists, and turns. It takes so much courage to ask for help. In my twenty plus years as a therapist I have been humbled time and again as clients make that call and come in for sessions. People come in to talk about some of the most difficult things, from childhood abuse to a struggling marriage. It has been a privilege to be of service to so many people. I often get asked how I can listen to peoples stories of hurt and pain and I answer that it is difficult but so hopeful. That is because people don’t have to stay in that place of emotional, psychological, spiritual, or relational pain.
