I see the world as my life-time classroom. My therapeutic work is rooted in Jungian and Transpersonal Psychology and have provided therapy for adults, couples, adolescents, and children for eight years in various clinical settings.

I have worked with a variety of clients within different ages and stages of their life. I believe that the therapeutic process should be individually curtailed to each specific client. Every client processes information and sees the world differently. These are the factors at the forefront of my mind when I am considering interventions for clients. I enjoy standing beside my clients on their journey while helping, supporting, and encouraging them to reach their therapeutic goals.

Life is a challenge and may be overwhelming at times for you as you are suffering from depression. My goal is to assist clients in helping them understand that there is a process of recovery of depression and to raise their awareness that they are not alone.
