I specialize in complex issues including eating disorders, trauma, and attachment disorders. I believe that treating symptoms requires addressing the root cause. In our sessions, I work with you to develop authentic and meaningful connections with yourself and others while helping you gently heal trauma. I take a client-centered approach and draw from various treatment modalities including trauma-informed therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), EMDR, and Systemic Therapy.
I strive to create an empathic and empowering therapeutic environment for you. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northern Arizona University and Master of Professional Counseling from Ottawa University.
I have experience working with clients of all ages facilitating individual, group, and family therapy at the residential, intensive outpatient (IOP), and outpatient levels of care.
