I specialize in working with young adult women who are experiencing problems and stressors related to depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions.
I utilize techniques from a variety of approaches when it comes to providing therapy: Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I personalize the way I conduct therapy on an individual's needs.
