Choosing to seek therapy requires bravery and trust, it is my mission and privilege to honor your healing journey. I understand the debilitating strain of having unresolved issues and not necessarily knowing where to begin. I believe in the process of psychotherapy as it will help you to understand yourself and others better. I will focus on what matters to you, and we will work together to identify and challenge anything that is no longer serving you, while replacing those issues with strategies that are personalized to your specific situation at a pace that is comfortable to you.
I will work with you to create an environment that is non-judgmental, supportive, and most importantly safe. My specialties include, but are not limited to, Trauma, Anxiety, Depression, Sexuality, and breaking cycles of Codependency. I typically utilize techniques such as CBT, Cognitive Reframing, and Mindfulness Based Approaches.
