Life, especially over the past several years, has been both challenging and filled with change. A therapist can be a supportive ally in coping with and processing through any obstacles that may come up. My clients are ones that would benefit from being mindful in how they are spending their days and whether or not those activities are helping them reach both their short and long-term goals. I am experienced in working with clients of various ages and backgrounds, and my primary focuses are on ADHD, time management skills, and supporting others through significant life transitions.

I have been a practicing mental health therapist for 12 years. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but pull from various other interventions. Any approach to treatment used will be grounded within both a trauma-informed and client-centered space. Together we'll identify personal difficulties, practice supportive skills, and identify strengths.

I have spent my career within community mental health, providing therapy to individuals, families, and couples in Baltimore City/Baltimore County. I felt honored to be a part of their healing process and learned countless lessons through their stories. I look forward to meeting you and taking this journey towards change together!
