Hello. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), currently accepting new clients, and enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. Life can be challenging and we all need support to navigate the ups and downs, at times. I take a special interest in helping clients with anxiety, depression, life changes, and LGBTQ+ issues.
There is no one-size-fits-all for therapy! I work on meeting my clients where they are at and use a variety of therapeutic modalities/techniques to promote growth. I particularly appreciate CBT, DBT, and SFBT techniques. Play therapy and behavioral interventions are most used with the children I work with.
