I work with children, teens, and adults and use a number of evidenced based approaches custom to each client. I start with understanding where you are now and the challenges you are facing. I will help you put a plan in place to help you move forward. It's important to me to provide a safe space rooted in mutual respect, trust, and free of judgement.
Helping people live a better life is a passion of mine. It might mean learning to set boundaries, working through a loss or life transition, or helping you change a pattern of behavior that is keeping you stuck.
