In the program you will receive 24/7 phone coaching from your therapist when you become dysregulated and need assistance during the week regulating your emotions, or if you are experiencing a crisis urge. Our goal is to keep you out of a hospital setting and help you find solutions for your problems so you can begin to live the life that you want.
