My intent is to help you find a healthy balance in order to care for yourself and have healthy relationships.
My experience includes over 19 years of working with individuals and families facing difficult life choices after experiencing crisis or change. Having worked in both hospitals and outpatient settings, I am a sensitive, creative and resourceful clinician who welcomes the opportunity to help individuals, couples and families as they encounter challenges and transitions.
My practice includes but is not limited to: anxiety, depression, life coaching, couples and marriage counseling, grief counseling, parenting of young children, teens and special needs children, adolescents/adults with Asperger's syndrome, individuals facing medical issues, adult caregivers of aging parents and life transitions.
