It felt most beneficial when a therapist, by listening and understanding me, in a nonjudgmental, supportive and educational way, seemed to meet me where I was at both emotionally and mentally- giving me hope, the tools, the time and the motivation I needed to heal.These healing experiences gave me the desire to help others. Thus following their positive examples, I have approached everyone's treatment on an individual basis- knowing everyone is different emotionally and mentally, and are coming from different life experiences.

I have worked with crime victims, forensics, mental health and addiction. Although it’s always combined my passion has been to help you heal from trauma and PTSD because I have seen the results, you can live a happy and functional life with most the systems and without feeling depressed, anxious or traumatized. We specialize in treating first responders and anyone with any issue In life that you want to evolve from. We use a holistic approach to healing within.

Hello! I work with my clients using a Cognitive Behavioral, Psychoanalytic, Solution Focused Approach. Solution Focused means we try to solve issues and problems as soon as possible. I am also a trauma specialist and have worked with military and domestic violence victims for many years. Trauma is relative to each individual and shouldn't be compared. And there are ways to heal and thrive! I also work with sexual addiction, childhood behavioral issues, depression and anxiety, chronic pain, career coaching, and all female issues. I also offer premarital and marital counseling.

I bring to my practice the skills and experience of a rich 20-year career, as well as a solid humanistic approach to mental health, human relationships and growth. I believe that every human being has value, deserves respect, benefits from meaningful relationships, and has the capability for self-actualization.
